‘Sheepy, the Hero’ premieres on Russian platforms

The Iranian animated movie ‘Sheepy, the Hero’ has made its debut on three top streaming platforms in Russia.

The movie, Iran’s highest-grossing animated feature, is now available to Russian audiences.

The platforms include IVI, Russia’s leading internet-based streaming service; Kinopoisk, owned by tech giant Yandex and ranked second; and Wink, operated by telecom company Rostelecom and ranked fourth in the country. 

‘Sheepy, the Hero’ is co-directed by Hossein Safarzadegan and Meisam Hosseini and produced by Mohammad-Mehdi Mashkouri

Made by 3D animation techniques, ‘Sheepy, the Hero’ conveys the inspiring message that “wanting leads to achieving”.

It is a project of the Owj Arts and Media Organization, created in collaboration with Qab Roya Institute and Raimon Media.
